PAYMENT INFORMATION
DTG accepts credit card, checks and cash.
- Please note if paying by debit/credit there is a $3 service fee that will be added.
- Checks can be mailed or handed in at the studio. Do not mail cash.
- Credit cards are accepted in studio and can be saved in our system after the first payment is made.
All tuition payments are due by the 1st of the month.
- After the 10th, a $10 late fee will be added.
- Tuition payments are the same per month regardless of absences and/or breaks. Dancers are invited to make up their missed classes in an age appropriate class.
- A 2 week notice is required if a dancer chooses not to return to class to avoid being charged for the next months tuition.
Recital fee is due on April 1st.
- A $75 recital fee per family is due on April 1st that covers tickets, year-end awards and the participation fee for rehearsal/recital.
- Recital costume payments are due by Sept. 15th.
- There are NO REFUNDS once the costume fee is paid.

We maintain a safe & clean environment for all
- Parents must come inside the studio to pick up children. This is for safety purposes.
- Parents are invited to watch classes through the glass-paned doors or observation window.
- Do not wear dance shoes in the parking lot or outside at home. Dirt from the outside is damaging to our floors.
Studio closings are listed & posted
- DTG has studio closings; please see the Calendar for listed dates. We will be open for Presidential Holidays as well as Teacher Workdays.
- In case of inclement weather, please call the studio 1 hour prior to your class time to check the status of your child’s class, or check out our social media connections, i.e. Facebook, Instagram.
- Dance classes run from August until April, which culminates in a year-end recital held in McAlister Auditorium at Furman University.
Class placements & levels are designed with learning in mind
- All Classes are subject to change based on enrollment and teacher availability.
- Class placement is at the discretion of the teacher and based on ability.
